I've been inside your practice

Hi, I'm Natalie Settele. For more than a decade I worked as a Physician Assistant inside independently-owned medical practices. I was the one who knew how to run the room and keep the day on its feet. The setting was medical, but the story isn't.

Then I learned to lead — and to coach

Being inside a practice showed me the problem. It didn't teach me how to fix it — so I learned.

That's the combination behind Lighthouse, and I've yet to meet anyone who brings all three. Most people bring one piece. The work I do lives where all three meet — so the changes actually hold.

Whether you run a medical practice, a law firm, or a CPA practice, it's the same: the owner is still doing the billable work — seeing patients, meeting clients, signing the returns — while trying to run the business around it. So when you describe your week, nothing surprises me. I've watched it from the inside, on the days it worked and the days it fell apart.

Why most help doesn't stick
